The Game is brought to market by BG Promise, a Wyoming 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing philanthropic initiatives through blockchain technology, with its principal address at 1908 Thomes Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001.
By accessing, participating in, or otherwise engaging with The Game, you ("User") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bitgreen, as defined below. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your participation in The Game.
The Game operates exclusively within the WhatsApp messenger application. Users may occasionally access webpages hosted by Bitgreen for certain functionalities, such as token deposits and withdrawals. Only websites at https://bitgreen.org are under the purview and control of Bitgreen.

All crypto transactions are recorded transparently on the Base blockchain to ensure public auditability.

These Rules supersede all other materials, explanations, or communications, including marketing content, customer support communications, and interactions with digital services such as chatbots.
Om is a custom instance of ChatGPT by OpenAI, designed to guide Users through gameplay. GPT technology, including Om, has been known to hallucinate or otherwise diverge from its programming. Om exists merely for entertainment and record-keeping purposes. Any guidance it provides is purely inspirational and should not under any circumstances be construed as medical, emotional, psychoanalytic, career, or life advice.
Bitgreen shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from participation in The Game. This includes technical failures, programming bugs, miscommunications, or User misunderstandings related to The Game.
The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bitgreen, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from User participation in The Game, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, Laramee County. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Laramee County, Wyoming.
Bitgreen reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of material changes, which will become effective immediately upon posting on the official webpage.
